Orpington Health and Wellbeing Centre

This scheme provides approximately 2,500sqm of healthcare space on the ground and first
floors of a new residential block developed by Berkeley Homes. The building forms part of a
wider regeneration project in Orpington. The healthcare space comprises of two GP practices,
imaging, outpatients and therapies together with a range of community space and staff facili-ties.
We have worked closely with the Berkeley Homes team to ensure that the fit-out project,
which is to be delivered once the rest of the scheme is complete, is integrated as seamlessly as
possible with the wider development.
